WEEKLY SPRINT CYLCES

I used to run long distance, but now I only do sprints. A “sprint” is like a “mini project” inside your "big project". Each sprint has its own planning, work phase and review.

DEEP WORK

In the age of information, I believe there is tremendous value in creating open space for deep thinking, work, and problem solving. I am far more productive without distractions, but isn't everyone?

REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

When creating, I value many different inputs from stakeholders, as they help inform design decisions. Typically, I bake in enough space for three revision cycles. I've found this to be the sweet spot.

SCOPE CHANGES

Changing a projects scope often involves tradeoffs. I am quite flexible with this, as I always want to deliver the best quality product. I believe scope changes are a natural part of shaping any project.

REFFERALS

Creating win-win situations are the best, wouldn't you agree? Those who their name on the line for referrals should be compensated accordingly. I offer a 10% referral incentive for those who recommend me to friends/family.

COMMUNICATION

I value responsive communication, sometimes roadblocks pop up that need to solved in order to move forward. I integrate into your existing communication channels.

I check emails twice a day, at  12pm  and  6pm .

WORKING HOURS

I separate my personal schedule into three distinctive chunks: a builders schedule, a managers schedule (3-5pm), and learning schedule. I am available for calls, emails, video chats from 3-5pm
